Dr. Melodye has created self-assessment and feedback questionnaires that will allow participants to adequately assess themselves as well as receive 360-degree feedback. Each tool will aid in individual leadership development—establishing a platform for dialogue, understanding, and collaboration. These tools bring to life the training received for personal and corporate application. The more accurately one assesses themselves, both positive and negative emotions and experiences will be navigated properly so that emotions or circumstances do not control. Maturity is learning how to modify oneself to deal appropriately and maximizes effectiveness in both the hard and soft skills.
